m3l3ana
Does any have the same issue as me? I keep getting kicked out while I am trying to restock in the Book Shop. It happens when I click on the shop keeper to refresh the page and then it logs me out and takes me back to the login page? It doesn't happen absolutely everytime just every so often, quite annoying!!
Ashley Rose
That's a bit odd, it hasn't happened to me. Hopefully it's just a glitch or something. Hope it goes away for you soon that has to be annoying.
spunky_munky_gal
I haven't had a problem either, but maybe it's TNT trying to control restocking or something...seems a bit weird though o_O
antiaircraft
Hmm... are you sure that your browser isn't clearing it's cookies automatically or something? That's one possible explanation.
m3l3ana
I have tried it in both IE and FF and I have also tried it on different accounts, strange thing is it only does it at home and not at work :P Lols... haven't had the problem since yesterday afternoon though!! antiaircraft
Well I don't know, but I have a hunch it's something to do with whatever server your connection is routed through - a dynamic IP address maybe? *shrug*
MarkOfEternity
I don't want to worry you, but could it be some kind of virus? If it effects all your browsers at home... and not at work... and since business networks are usually much more secure than those at home... maybe something got into your computer that ... well... it doesn't seem like it's doing much now, but you never know. Clearing cookies... could mean cutting cookies and pasting them to a file that is being sent to another computer? I know, it's probably not what's happening... but I get paranoid when my computer acts funny.
antiaircraft
Well if it is spyware, it's not very well written. Most skilled spyware programmers write their programs so that you can't realise that there's anything going on - removing cookies isn't very subtle (and if the cookies are being used by the browser at the same time, it would be a touchy process), copying the data would be a better way to do things. It could, plausibly, be some form of malware designed to annoy you by removing cookies though. Either that or some server problems involving your ISP or Neopets.
MarkOfEternity
Well, in any case, maybe you should run your virus and malware detection software and see what turns up.
antiaircraft
It's always a good habit to run your malware scanners regularly if you're using Windows. But since the problem's already disappeared, I'd say that it was most likely a temporary server glitch.
