Superfly
Hello everyone! I would like to officially welcome you to The Daily Neopets' Altador Cup coverage. We are very excited about this year's Altador Cup and are happy that Neopets is bring it back for a third time. We have been working on top-notch coverage for over a month now, and here is a brief run-down. 1. Check out our layout. Isn't it sweeeet! This layout has been designed with the user in mind, just like all of our layouts here at TDN. So, instead of cluttering things on our main site, we set up our coverage here. This also allows us to have more detailed news coverage, guides, and specialized content specifically for the Altador Cup. 2. News. Through this specialized news feature, we will be delivering daily updated charts, predictions, and specialized information that our visitors have requested and would like to see more of here. All visitors and guests can comment on our posts, by clicking the link on the bottom right. Also don't forget to RSS this feed to get the latest updates faster! 3. Information and Guides. We are dedicated to bringing all of our visitors the latest information, through multiple resources and one of those resources is our guides. We have updated our Yooyuball guide and have added detailed information about each of the participating teams which include: team predictions, player profiles, their history, and of course support banners. So, with that said, welcome. Sign-ups should begin soon so be thinking about which team you will support! Please Note: Our coverage is different from last year's in multiple ways because we want to change the way Neopets Events are covered. We don't want to provide you with the same thing that every Neopets Site does year after year, we want our own unique way. Through that unique way we want to modify it until we get it perfect, customize it to each specific event (not just changing a picture in a table at the top), and most of all provide you with the most HELPFUL information possible. We hope you enjoy it.

Superfly
Lost Desert for sure! My lookup is all set and everything. I got my lookup from the Lost Desert Team page in The Daily Neopets Altador Cup coverage. :)
Meeptroid
Obviously Virtupets. :) Sure, they may have serious problems, but they need their fans. :O And I'm one of them.
Xepha
Scoop: All of TDN staff members should be playing for a different team. We all have our favorite anyway :P. I'm going with Maraqua, like I've said before!
antiaircraft
There are Altador Cup lookups on TDN's AC coverage site? o_O I can't believe I missed that. :P

antiaircraft
One more thing I forgot to mention - the graphics for the AC coverage site are awesome!
Guest Guest
I think Maraqua is very underrated during this year's AC, as seen in your analysis. They seem to be a force worth reckoning with...
Xepha
Let's just say that as a member of Maraqua organisation, we don't care about being underrated :).
Zac
Woo! Go Maraqua! :) *high fives Xepha* I'll try to contribute a little more this year.... ;) Nice coverage! My only objection is that the text is kind of hard to read because of the dark background. Other than that, it's amazing. I espescially like the banner. ^_^
MariaWB
Uhm, maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I can't get either of the banners for HW to work in my signature here on TDN.
Xepha
Okay, I will give you codes to make it work Maria... just a second.. . *goes to coverage pages* [img=http://www.thedailyneopets.com/uploads/banners/hw.png] [img=http://www.thedailyneopets.com/uploads/banners/hauntedwoods.png]
m3l3ana
Same goes for me, I can't get any of the Kwark Island ones to work in my siggy??!! Is there a problem with some of the coding or is it just me?!
Xepha
no, it's just that we did not include the BBC to the team pages. They are tricky to add...
m3l3ana
Umm.. Ok. What does that mean in terms of the coding for our siggys etc?? Sorry slightly confused.
antiaircraft
I believe it's because HTML doesn't work in forum posts/siggies, only a special HTML frontend called BBCode.
