Help at part 12 >.<

I am stuck at the petpet care part.

I seem to do everything fine, exept the skeith never appears for me.

What I did notice, is that my URL changes with every action. I copied it, and this is what it looks like after about 10 times.'

I see that every action is remembered, so I don't think I'm doing something wrong.

Well perhaps you just got your timing slightly off for one action. :yes: If it gets too frustrating, leave for a while and come back - it's not particularly hard, just irritating at times.

Weel, to be honest, I don't quite get the timing thing.

The TDN plot solution says Wait for the next minute.

 

I thought, at first, they meant, excample, you walk to the petpet, and click it at NSt 11.10.45, and check it, and heal it, in the right way.

Then, the next minute starts at 11.11.00, so I didnt wait for a whole minte, every time again.

 

Afterwards, I tried waiting a little more then a minute, perhaps I made on small mistake in it.

 

But other sources say you have to wait slightly less then a minute o_O

 

and also, do you have to leave the petpet to see the skeith by clicking back to the archives, or does it just pop in the screen?

The Skeith should pop directly onto your screen once you complete enough treatments. :yes: And actually, the timing can be slightly before or slightly after the 60-second mark depending on your internet connection speed - so yeah, you'll have to experiment a bit.

Is the URL still the same if the Skeith comes in?

I'm really about to give up.

Really, the tip is not to wait an exact minute, but like one minute and 1 sec, then check on the petpet, do the action, wait for 1 min and 1 sec...

 

If you check in too early, it won't work.

 

Cut all distractions that you could have too (chat, music, tv, etc.).

^^^ Really Xepha?? I waited until the NEXT minute and it worked fine, so for example I did my first action and 10.00.36 I waited until 10.01.01 before checking in and it worked first time :) I guess it is slightly different for everyone :S

That's my point - TNT gave a slight error margin so that we didn't all have to be supercomputers to get this part right, but due to variations in internet connection speed, etc., this step gets extremely irritating at times. :yes:

 

When I was doing this step, I was also working on a couple of assignments at the same time, so I would check in and heal the petpet every minute or so (only approximately) and then continue with my work, then check in at the next minute, etc. It probably took a while to work, but eventually I got the Skeith.
