Like only being able to have 99999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 99999999999999999 people in your city. (If that was true I'd like to see a city get that popular.) I'd also like to see what happens when there's 100% Criminality (Burning buildings? DOOM Super Death Lasers?) Just wondering these things.
