Benjamin Malin Posted February 15, 2008 Posted February 15, 2008 Okay, I want to share it 'cause I got a quick laugh out of it. Its in the HTML for the clock. src="/include/template_userbox.js"></script--> <script type="text/javascript" src="https://images.neopets.com/n.js"></script> <script type="text/javascript"> <!-- //Look! A clock. Niiiice. var nl = "en"; var nh = 8; var nm = 54; var ns = 32; var na = "am"; Quote
DOOM Bringer Posted February 15, 2008 Posted February 15, 2008 Lol, I've seen that before and it made me laugh as well. I think I saw some other weird stuff in the HTML code, but I could just be imagining it... Quote
Zac Posted February 15, 2008 Posted February 15, 2008 Yeah. TNT snuck in a few comments. I think they had some comments even befor the layout changes. You might even want to check the old editorials. I'm sure some users have mentioned the comments before. Quote
Izzy ♥ Posted February 15, 2008 Posted February 15, 2008 Yeah, there are quite a few - even more in the global stylesheets Neo uses... /* Footer, now with 33% more feet */ #footer { width: 996px; height: 150px; position: relative; } If you want to see more of them the main stylesheet is here. Quote
Benjamin Malin Posted February 15, 2008 Author Posted February 15, 2008 There are couple that I have seen, but that is the first one that actually made me laugh. Eheh. If you want to see more of them the main stylesheet is here. There are a couple funny ones in there. height: 77px; } /* Your mom... I mean, page content */ #content { * Global Stylesheet * TAKE THAT, IE5! * * Colours, images, and any other theme-specific styles are stored in * theme-specific CSS files that are called by template. * How brilliantly clever, eh? */ Quote
Hubert Posted February 15, 2008 Posted February 15, 2008 How funny aren't these? And where did you guys found this? (Alright, in the HTMLcodes of Neopet) Quote
antiaircraft Posted February 17, 2008 Posted February 17, 2008 Hmm... TNT should hold a scavenger hunt event where they get everybody to dig through their HTML codes looking for particular comments. :D Quote
JubJubMan Posted February 17, 2008 Posted February 17, 2008 yeah i've seen them before, niche jokes... also i dont think neopets would want people weaving through all their html Quote
Zac Posted February 17, 2008 Posted February 17, 2008 Same. I doesn't matter really, though. The PHP coding (backbone of the site) is a server-side thing, so no one can see it in the source. HTML wouldn't particularly share anything..... You might get something out of the javacript though.. Quote
MariaWB Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 Some of those Neopets people are weird.. I love it :laughingsmiley: And writing all that code must get boring sometimes, so who can blame them for having a laugh once in a while? Quote
