Edit: I added a link in our guide to a petpage with a good easy to understand chart that isn't killing your eyes too much when you look at it. Here is the link.

I had a strange conglomeration of repetitive calculations, and that link let me finish up within two hours (yes, so much time alotted to Step 2, so I'm hoping it's worth it). I do urge people not to give up! Just have to find a system that works for you and leaves no possible solution unchecked. Don't give up guys, you can do it!
Nashc92 Posted February 8, 2008 Posted February 8, 2008 Urgh! I can't get this done. I finished the 1 and 2 mods. in a day but I've been attempting the 3 mods since the step was released. I am SICK of be directed to that Kyooty page thingymagig. Is there ANYONE out there with a simple way to do this that even an idiot (me) can understand. I can make no sense out of the table and even why I'm near to solving the code it mucks up on me and I can't find the proper 'variable/letter' PLEASE HELP ME (before I pull my hair out) :S :(

It can be the one that I described for level 2 modifiers, or you can use your own. Paper & pen or Excel/Numbers can be really useful to keep track of your work.

I'm gonna spend some time on the last messages, though, just in case solving them all gives extra points in the end. But if I don't finish them today, I'm moving on. I'm starting to get some serious mousearm pains here.. Edit: I did one more and gave up. I went through one where I did all possible combinations according to the chart, and no message came. I was soooooooooo not in the mood for doing it all over again!
