Superfly
Works fine here, I'd just just make sure all of your settings and programs are updated to the latest version, and don't forget you have to download the 3D Life Player or something like that in order to play. Ashley Rose
ckayser I have the exact same problem! I downloaded the life player thing, but when it loads I can't click turn off sound, play, or the instructions either. I can't even get that far in firefox, it says that it's not supported in firefox and windows vista, so I am wondering if that is my problem! Do you have Vista? Maybe it's not compatible with vista (which wouldn't surprise me one bit).

Ashley Rose
I use vista and Firefox, works fine. Well there goes that theory lol. That's odd, I wonder what the problem is then! I suppose we should just submit a bug report and see what happens! I went and checked the requirements for the life player thing and I meet them all so I have no clue! Thanks for letting us know that it works for you on vista and firefox!
antiaircraft
I've had some load problems with the 3D Life Player, so that might be the cause. You could try uninstalling and reinstalling it.

The 3D Life Player works for people running Windows Vista and Windows Internet Explorer 7. It is currently not compatible for users of Firefox with Vista, but it does work with XP. Shame, really, because I have to resort to my slower XP machine or use IE which isn't that great. I hope they release an update that fixes this soon.
