Yeah, bending Metal is VERY rare, that's why the FN made things out of metal

So, to say that Toph hasn't improved is seriously not the truth. I mean, even in one of the more recent episodes, she collapses the bridge that the FN used to connect their ship to the stolen FN ship that Aang and his group were using. ^_^

Actually, I think Toph is the only person ever to metalbend. And if you wish to know about blood-bending (spoiler!):

 

 

Blood-bending is a waterbending technique that involves the manipulation of the water in a target's body so as to control the target like a puppet.

Um, in the UK they've been getting two new episodes a day for the whole week (except for Friday when they only got one), so eps 1-9 have aired in the UK so far. And I'm not the sort of guy who waits around for the episode to air - I hunt around for spoilers. :P
