The Amulet has the power to bring back one fallen opponent or ally to life. That player cannot be killed, win the game or be attacked. He/she will retain the stats he/she had before death. Each week, that person will attack someone. That person may not attack the winner of the amulet.. The Ghost who is brought back to life will lose the Ghostly Curse ability. Basically, it's a bit like having a very angry pet with very sharp teeth. The amulet may be used at any time. For Smumpkinator: You look at the other two, an ally and a foe. A fight breaks soon breaks out, but in the darkness it is impossible to see each other. Filled with greed and a craving for power, you manage to snatch the amulet, don it, and run off, bleeding by not heavily injured. Around you neck, the token suddenly glows with an extreme and inexplicable light, and you smile, suddenly the most powerful being on the island. For Slazator and Parshay Monkey: You fight valiantly for the prize, hardly caring that the rest have fled. There is a cloak of darkness over the battlefield, and nothing can be seen. You get hit by something, and fall to the ground. You stand up ready to retaliate, only to find that the warmonger has gone, as has the artifact you seeked. For Boomer, Trisha and Ryfelwyr Ursa: You run. Faster. Faster. You command your legs, willing them to escape. Escape from the danger. That's all that matters. Escape. Safety. Life. Suddenly, a massive beam of light shoots into the sky, towering over all. It stays for a moment, before slowly fading away. You stand and staring shock, suddenly brought to a screeching halt by the awe-inspiring light. This week I will NOT post the damage done to each player. This is due to the fact that before the two rhinos and the elephant fought, I said that each player's damage would not be revealed. Here is each surviving player's current health and survival ranking: SURVIVAL RANKINGS: 1st: Smumpkinator (Taco Bandito) (115 Health) RHINO 2nd: Boomer (Boomer) (98 Health) WOLF Equal 3rd: Slazator (Strategos) (80 Health) RHINO Equal 3rd: Parshay Monkey (Aang) (80 Health) ELEPHANT 4th: Rathunta (Ryfelwyr Ursa) (53 Health) TIGER 5th: Trisha (Trisha) (39 Health) PANTHER Trisha is still hanging on by a thread! But it looks like the winner of the prize (again...) is SMUMPKINATOR! Now, all of, you bow down and worship him! Anyway, the Amulet of Life has been added to your stats along with the Amulet of Lupen Knowledge on the first page. Also, everyone's health has been updated. Only 6 from 10 remain, who will outlast the rest, and become the Ultimate Survivor? A Rhino, two Wolves and a Panther have fallen. For example, if you wanted another Rhino on your side, you could wait and see if Slazator dies, and then recruit him. Scenario 5: The Maze Please thank The Evil Guy for this week's scenario. It has been several days since the incident with the amulet, and those have been uneventful except for the occasional skirmish for food. Smumpkinator has been given a wide berth recently, although it's only a matter of time before somebody decides to challenge him. You are following your usual routine, gathering food and water, when suddenly the ground beneath your feet begins to shake. A load roaring fills the air, and geysers start to erupt around you. You jump to the side as the ground beneath you begins to rise. Blocks of solid rock are emerging from the ground around you. You quickly begin looking for a way out, and you realise that the rocks have formed a maze. You begin to move around, confident that it will be only a matter of time before you escape. Turning a corner, you find a pair of blood red eyes glaring at you from the center of a hideous black face. You freeze for a moment in shock, then dodge quickly past it. You explore the maze at a run, and you spot several more of the fierce black creatures prowling through it. So Azar did have a few tricks up his sleeve after all. After thinking for a bit, you realise that this doesn't make much difference. Considering you can get out of the maze of course. You can solve the maze by opening the image in paint and drawing a line through the correct route, or printing it out and drawing the line and then scanning it back in again, or whatever other way you like. Once you're done, PM the completed image to The Good Guy. Here's the maze!: Just joking!
