I'm stuck at Altador Plot Spellbook! Help!

Guys, help, I'm using and reading everything here that I can, but I just can't find the book. These are my cordinates:

(-319,261)
(-279,231)
(-239,201)
(-199,201)
(-159,231)
(-119,261)

Then the suposts X coordinate is 9 Y coordinate is 18.

And I don't find the book  Please help me.

I already tried to make -30 in the Y repeated numbers (9,9) and didn't work too.
