So when I first signed up for Neopets and when I tried to click the next button and nothing happened! So I tried reloading the page nope! nothing and now I don't know what to do

Did you sign up with an email? You could check if you got a confirmation email.

Other than just trying to log in, nothing else to do. It may have just not submitted, you'd have to sign up again.

You could also try emailing neopets support and see if your account is in the system. If not, try registering again. The security feature that refreshes the page could be causing problems for you as well. You can reach them at [email protected]
