My favorite gym workout is Front squats but i have to say that muscle sores after any session of squats is second to none. I always feel like i got hit by a train the next couple of days. Recently i started using some nutritional supplements to help me in my recovery process. Basically it is a combination of amino acids and collagen that speeds up my recovery cycle.

I guess dancing is also a very good workout 😉


Has anybody tried the 5:2 diet ? I would like to start it but everyone talks about the lack of vitamins especially the first few months ...

I found a good article about it but would like to know your real feedbacks.
