Neo HTML Help

I've been out of the game too long and can't remember most of my old coding tricks. I'm looking for someone who is proficient in HTML to help me with a little problem I'm having with my neo signature. I am trying to accomplish something like what is posted below. I'm not sure if you've tried, but you may wish to visit the Neoboards on the Avatars/Neosignatures board. I know there's several people on there that do their own signatures and make ones for others.

 

I've never done anything like this and my NeoSignature is rather boring lol.

Tried twice, didn't get a response. I thought maybe I could find nicer/more helpful people on here.

Hopefully someone around here can help you out. Just thought I'd suggest that in case you haven't tried there. Another thing that my help if you're unaware is check out W3Schools HTML tutorials and help pages maybe they will have something. I've never done anything like this so I don't even know where one would go to look. Sorry I can't be of any real help to you. :)

Thank you mouseykins. I'm starting to think I could use a break and spaces to align the symbols. It looks weird in the preview, but I'm going to play around with some things and post in the chat boards and see how it turns up.
