Lending problems?

Hi everyone, had a quick question about lending.

 

A very kind user has me in their lending chain, they lent the pet to the first user on their lent/chain list and then that user was supposed to send the pet over to me on the 8th, but i never got a notification about a transfer or anything, however the person said they sent over the pet... my account is 93 months old so i should have 4 transfers per month, i transferred one of my pets to my side account this month so i should have 3 transfers left... the owner of the pet told me to go to this page http://www.neopets.com/pound/transfer_status.phtml and there wasn't anything there other than the information about my last transfer to my side account.  here is a screenshot of my screen of what I'm seeing when i click that link http://i.imgur.com/O4F0wI4.png

 

do i not have anymore transfers left for some reason? I'm just a little confused, this is my first time being lent a pet and I'm just curious if I'm doing something wrong or if the other user just didn't send over the pet like they said... or if its a problem on my end.

Do you have the name of either the pet or the user ahead of you? Do a look up and see where the pet is currently, would at least give you an idea of where the pet is now.

Oop! finally got a notification! everything seems to be okay now and the pet is now in my possession :)
