Issues with NC not Being Credited to Accounts

It has come to our attention that there is a glitch going on with regards to the NC Mall. When NeoCash is purchased it is not being credited to your account right away. Here are some steps you can take to see if you can resolve the issue yourself before sending in a ticket. The more tickets TNT receives when some simple trouble shooting steps could have been done first will help to speed up response times and also give them more information on your problem.

 

These steps have been taken from Editorial #705:

  1. Log out of your account and back in.
  2. After logging back in check your transaction log.
  3. Still no NC? Clear your browser cache and check your transaction log again.
  4. Check that your payment did indeed go through and is not hanging in limbo. This may take a couple of days to double check depending on how you purchased your NC and your financial institution.
  5. After confirming payment has indeed gone through, try logging out and back in again.
  6. Check your transaction log a final time before submitting your ticket.
  7. If you're still missing your NC then submit a ticket and include all the steps you did to try and fix the problem yourself.
