I believe you can get him as a challenger this way. And Mr. Chuckles can be unlocked by refreshing here: Coconut Shy. Catexia Posted November 3, 2015 Share Posted November 3, 2015 You don't need to play Coconut Shy, just refresh the page. It usually doesn't take too long, maybe 30 refreshes at max.
