zydratedoll Posted June 22, 2015 Share Posted June 22, 2015 Hi there! I'm brand new here, so I'm hopeful that I've put this in the right place. I had an account as a kid (snowflake6592) that I recently thought about, and have attempted to gain access to. Not being able to gain access to it eventually led to to creating my new and current account. But I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with the fact that I can't get into my old one. I tried to reset my password, but unfortunately it was a hotmail account that I haven't been on in ages and so it got deleted. I tried remaking my old hotmail address and resetting the password again, but it's looking like the email isn't coming through. I tried submitting a ticket, which kept just sending me back to the homepage. I finally switched the language to spanish and submitted a ticket on the spanish version of the page. It looks like it went through, they gave me a ticket number, but when I tried to click on the support panel (both in english and in spanish) it sent me back to the homepage. I have not been sent an email from neopets in regards to the ticket I created either. I've also tried emailing [email protected] and explaining what's going on and asking for help, but that was two weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything from them. I know the account is still there, my old "snowflake6592" profile is still findable. Mouseykins Posted June 22, 2015 Share Posted June 22, 2015 The only thing you can really do is send a ticket in to TNT about recovering your old account. You'll have to be able to prove that the account is yours before they can do anything for you. In the meantime just play on your new one until you hear back from TNT. The response times for old accounts are usually a bit slow. You could also try messaging them on Facebook about getting your account back. I used a MSN email, which I deleted (completely forgetting I had used it for my Neopets account). I didn't know what to do, so I just created a new Neopets account. I tried creating the MSN email again, but it said the domain name was taken (e.g. my old account!) I didn't know you could submit a ticket and prove it was your account, so I just gave up, lol. I submitted a ticket about the Neomall over a week ago, and finally got a reply just a few days ago. Their response MAY be slow, but I'd say give it a chance.
