DesertRose Posted June 12, 2015 Share Posted June 12, 2015 Okay, this is driving me nuts! I know you can't redeem NC cards between June 12 and June 26 while they change ewallet providers. What I want to know is can you use the NC you already have? Do I have to use it by 11:59pm NST, or can I use it during the change over time? By the way, I finally found my avatar. Do you like it? Posted June 12, 2015 Share Posted June 12, 2015 Your existing NC will be fine - this was in the news yesterday NC MALL NEWS: Neocash Card redemption will be temporarily unavailable, starting June 12th. Be sure to redeem any cards that you might have now or come back after June 26th to collect your NC and exclusive bonus prizes! During this time, you will still be able to purchase NC directly through the site. Additionally, any NC redeemed but not spent before this transition will remain valid.
