Cloysterbell Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 I keep trying to submit a comic to the Neopian Times but every time I do, I get a "This webpage is not available" page. Is the NT down or is my computer acting up? More importantly, did my comic go through? Quote

I do know that if you try to enter the same cartoon again soon after it will come up with an error saying "You've already submitted a cartoon titled "cartoon title" submit another?" or something to that effect..
