Duplicate Item Images

So I've noticed there are several pairs of items that use the exact same image even though they are different items. Now I am curious how many of these there are and how many other people have found. (P.S. to ensure they are the same picture you can right click, copy image URL, and paste it somewhere to compare the URLs of each image).

 

The two pairs I have found are:

Rotten Omelette + Cheese Omelette

Green Meerca Chase Plushie + Green Meerca Plushie

 

So what have you all found?

come to think of it, the rotten omelette pic could use an update. instead of duplicating the cheese omelette, it has the potential to be a hilarious image.

There's a user on the HC that has a gallery of all the items with duplicate images and there are quite a few. I can't remember them though...but I think there are quite a few 'organic' foods that use the same image...like Cherries and Organic Cherries.
