I've tried by Shop Wizard, Auction and Trading Post, but nothing! It's possible it's a bit harder to find and since the SW searches a certain section of shops at a time, none of the shops in that section have it for sale. I just used the SSW and I had quite a few results pop up. They're going for about 75k.
