WhiteWolf Posted July 14, 2014 Share Posted July 14, 2014 Ever since Jump Start took over Neopets, I've been having the same problem with various games. I will be playing Kou-Jong, Usuki Frenzy, or Dice of Destiny, and the screen will turn gray in the middle of the game. I have Norton Internet Security and System Mechanic on my computer, and I run them regularly. That eliminates my computer as the source of the problem. I think this is on Jump Start/NeoPets side. blueberrykiwi141 Posted July 14, 2014 Share Posted July 14, 2014 This happens to me when I play Habi. I leave it on and a lot of the time it turns to a grey screen. It is usually giving me a warning about shockwave not working. I just downloaded the newest version (there is an update) so I am not sure if that will solve it, but that is what I am currently trying. My fiance thinks the gray screen is a full page ad that wasn't re-sized properly for Neopets. That's as good as anything else I can think of.
