Gray Screen Help

Ever since Jump Start took over Neopets, I've been having the same problem with various games. I will be playing Kou-Jong, Usuki Frenzy, or Dice of Destiny, and the screen will turn gray in the middle of the game.

 

I have Norton Internet Security and System Mechanic on my computer, and I run them regularly. That eliminates my computer as the source of the problem. I think this is on Jump Start/NeoPets side.

 

Can anything be done about this? For that matter, is anyone else having this problem?

This happens to me when I play Habi. I leave it on and a lot of the time it turns to a grey screen. It is usually giving me a warning about shockwave not working. I just downloaded the newest version (there is an update) so I am not sure if that will solve it, but that is what I am currently trying.

That happens when I play Coconut Shy. It starts at the beginning when the page loads and even after waiting, it doesn't change.

I'm glad I'm not the only one this happens to. It's driving me nuts! My fiance thinks the gray screen is a full page ad that wasn't re-sized properly for Neopets. That's as good as anything else I can think of. Does anyone else have a guess as to what that thing really is? I'd really love a solution to this problem.
