I just adopted a lovely a lovely ice blumaroo from the pound but I have no idea what to do!! All help appreciated. I can use both neocash and neopoint items :) All help appreciated.

this is what I came up with..i tried incorporating both NP and NC but I'm sorry if the prices are off the charts :X I don't know much about NC items and I'm not sure on your budget
