What is your first memory of neopets?

oh man.

 

I remember it was the summer of 2002 ( I hadn't yet turned 12). My friend Brandy played all the time and was like "hey, do this!"

My mom let me use her email because I was 11 and didn't have one.

 

Korbat was my first and then I had an Aisha. I was obsessed with the Lost Desert stuff too. I mean, I still am. I just can't really spare the np to get a pb since I'm trying to build up my account.

 

I remember sucking at all the games except meerca chase. But we had dial-up so it usually lagged, haha. I wish that account wasn't gone. I would have liked to have seen what items I had.

 

I started playing again in 2008 because I wanted to play games, locked myself out of that and forgot about it. Started a new new one in 2011, which is my main now. And I've recently gotten in to the 2008 account. So I use them both.

 

I want to try and stay around. And not disappear again. lol

A friend of mine asked me to babysit her account when she went on vacation, mostly to do the advent calendar. I did some of the dailies too at the time, and then got my first account, which has since been purged after a period of inactivity.
