indiechiquegeek
So I was reading up on the TDN article about Smugglers Cove, and I'm a little confused. So all of the items that can be released, have been released already? Is it really worth holding on to a ton of dubloons, or would it, at this point, be more profitable to sell or trade them all? Shikaternia
The smaller value coins are more valuable since they can be used at the academy. Big coins can't be turned into smaller ones and anything higher than a five dubloon coin can't be used there. A fifty dubloon coin is worth under 30k, while the five dubloon coin is worth about 3.5knp (10 of those adding up to 35k). One dubloon coins are around 800 np each and are more valuable than any other dubloon coin when comparing price to number of dubloons provided by the coin. dawnshine, Katsuokai and Wildbreeze
Nubisbully
I have no idea about the Cove but have been wondering as well. I was compulsively saving them in my SDB until I recently discovered how to get food back from the Golden Dubloon. Needless to say... most of them are gone. Back to saving! If you need the NP then sell them in smaller denominations but the values fluctuate quite a bit and the very high value coins are still on par with selling a ton of the smaller ones. 010_pipsy_010
I have one five hundred, one two hundred, one one hundred dubloon coin in my SDB as well as various smaller coins I use for the training academy. I just like the bigger value coins! Overall the smaller coins are definitely worth more to sell.
