inventory issues

Hi - I currently have 38 items in my inventory. When I go to buy a new item I get the message that I can only have 50 items in my inventory and it will not let me buy anything from player made shops. Does anyone know why I get this message and what do i do so that I can buy more items?

If you are a premium member, it's possible you have unscratched premium card that are taking (invisible) space. That's the only thing I can see...

Well I used to be a premium member a few months ago. I don't seem to have any unscratched cards though. Not sure how I will find out if they are they if they are invisible.

You should probably send a ticket to TNT saying that you suspect having ghost premium scratchcard that you forgot to use before cancelling premium.

You aren't the first person to post on TDNF saying that you're having this problem. Another user reported the same issue in the past week or so. I suggested they just submit a ticket. /: Sounds frustrating, I'm sorry it got you too.

 

The other user didn't mention being Premium so idk if it's related to that or not.

I have repeatedly had this problem for a long time and I have never been premium, some times I have 40 items, some times i have 10, figured it was just another annoying glitch and the ticket system never works and when I do get it, i get no answer. I have 2 tickets that have been open for well over a year now..
