May 1st plastic neggs - can't find them?

Hey, I'm having a problem with finding today's plain plastic neggs. I've had no problem finding the patterned plastic negg in Qasala but none of the links for where today's plain plastic neggs "supposedly" are have a plain plastic negg show up. :(

 

I also randomly clicked on the Soup Kitchen and found one of today's plain plastic neggs there - so I have 9 left to find but none of the links had the Soup Kitchen as one of the places to find today's plain plastic neggs.

 

I was just wondering if anyone could help me please or if anyone else is having the same issue?
