Atta Posted April 10, 2014 Share Posted April 10, 2014 I keep getting password recovery emails, both from neopets and monkey quest.I've never actually played monkey quest before?And the Neopets account I get the emails for, is my main account (Which has been frozen 'for protection' for over seven months now.)I'm so confused, I don't know what to do.Do I contact Neopets about this?I changed all my passwords, just in case.But the emails keep coming?I've never requested any of these emails and I'm actually getting rather scared that somebody may be trying to access my accounts.I tried looking up what to do, but I can't seem to find any information to help me deal with this.UGH.I'm so lost. Anime Posted April 10, 2014 Share Posted April 10, 2014 Request e-mails can be sent just by putting in a username. You changed your passwords on your accounts and e-mail, right? AJ11 Posted April 10, 2014 Share Posted April 10, 2014 If you are getting emails about your main account which is frozen at the moment then I think it sounds like someone is trying to log into it. Im guessing you sent a ticket to tnt about your account being frozen?
