Rune Valentine Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 No, you can't move NC items around your (or anyone else's) accounts without a Gift Box. Gift boxes cannot be bought; only obtained through the purchase of NC Cards or Gift Box Mystery capsules (which will release 1-4 boxes at a time when opened). You're going to have to keep them on the account you have them on until you get gift boxes :( Occasionally, Neopets site events like the Negg Festival, Advent Calendar, Halloween, Altador Cup do give out free gift boxes, it'll help to be active during site events if you want them.
