Someone came and zapped my neopet back to a baby, does anyone know how to turn him back?

You'll have to paint him back to whatever colour he was previously or morph if that's cheaper. What colour was your pet before?

Above those options...if you had access to the magma pool then you could go there again? If you have the lab ray you could try that too (although I doubt it'll turn back to the pet you want exactly). But...I would be super happy with a baby pet :D Unless your pet color was very very precious, I would keep it that way haha. Baby paint brushes aren't exactly cheap so enjoy your lucky random zap~!
