NC Collectible Wearable Wheels Series Item #1

As the month of November rolled in a new NC Collectible series has launched. This series will feature items from the various wheels around Neopia. The first item in this series is the Wheel of Knowledge Collectors Skirt.

This collectors item will only be available until the end of November. In order to qualify for the bonus collectors item at the end of the series, collectors need to purchase the items themselves. Trading for the item(s) does not qualify you for the bonus. Happy Collecting!
