Is Closet ever glitched?

I have Halloween Shoyru clothes yet whenever I click Customize! I don't see it and some other items yet when I go on my Water Kyrii I can see it. WHAT THE HECK ):

My closet seems to be working fine. Maybe the items you are not seeing, are meant to be worn only by a specific Pet eg only Kyriis can wear them.

You can always submit a ticket for this problem in TNT.

Try going into customization with the pet who's clothes you want and make sure they are no longer equiped, then re-save the pet. The clothes should appear in your closet then.

What if the clothes is part of the paint brush? Like I want to try on the Scepter that my halloween shoyru had but ever since it changed to mutant it went missing ): so I can't like discard the shirt or whatever

I have a question,

I had my pet zapped into the color Desert, later that pet was Zapped to a different color but the desert clothes are still in my closet. Is that a glitch?? The clothes aren't even usuable, I can put them on my pet but it won't save.

Clothes don't go missing. They will be "Applied" to the zapped pet, but won't be displayed as their customization (as mutant pets can't wear PB clothes)

 

You're going to have to go into the closet and customize that pet, remove the PB clothes from them and save. The clothes will be in your closet for future other pets of the same species. Clothes left in the closet is not a glitch, it's how it's meant to work.
