"Could Not Open Socket"?

So, I forgot my side account's password. I tried filling out the form to recover it, and got a message that said "Could not open socket." After a few tries and getting the same result I tried using the forgot username one. However, when I looked at the email, it had the username, but the password part was blank. I don't really know what to do here D:
