Does the Buzz - Maraquan avatar no longer work?

I'm trying to get some of the misc avatars I don't have yet, but this one won't unlock. I'm going to the right caption page, looking through the source code and copying the right thing into the address bar but all it does is take me back to the caption page with no avatar.

 

I feel really dumb. Is it just not possible to get it anymore?
