Took me so long to get 1000+ points and then it just completely denied me.. But just keep trying, I'm sure you'll get over 1000+ points again! And no, I didn't send a ticket, I was just hoping that I could get it again. Not sure if they'd even be able to do anything if I sent a ticket, I've never sent a ticket for that kind of thing before.
