Am I the only one who deals no damage with this? I know its proper usage.

First turn: Does nothing
Second turn: Shows 8 dark icons of damage, but they deal 0 damage

well I have it also, but I didn't notice it.

btw, everybody, do you know after I used it, there's an arrow image instead of the power picture and a small '10' decreases each round, does that mean I only can reuse the power after 10 round?

Yeah, it is only usable every 10 rounds
