Anime Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 It's a department for staff members who've been around so long that'd it just be wrong to not have them any more, or they know so much they're still really valuable information resources and advisers, but real life has gotten in the way and they can't be active in their original departments any more. It's basically our way of keeping our departments active and holding every member of them to the same standard without kicking out respected older staff who helped shape the site, like Izzy and TJ.
