Discovery: Instant Cheap Cure

For those who have a disease that's expensive to cure instantly (e.g. blurred vision)

 

Cooling Ointment is currently going on shop wizard for 5000 NP - 7000 NP. A bit of a bargain compared to the goggles or other similarly expensive cures

 

p.s. i realise the date, but this is definitely not a prank :P

 

To add to that:

this is currently a cheaper cure than feeding your pet poisonous jelly & healing it with the medicinal soap (7500NP)

I knew this already, but it's just helpful if somebody doesn't have time to go to the healing springs (which is free to be cured) or feels it's annoying. :)

I think the TDN guide for cures needs to be updated :P who's in charge of that?

The cures guide already does mention the Cooling Ointment as an alternative way to heal your pet. You'd just have to like actually READ the page or something outrageous like that ;)

For the record: the guide was awesome, not trying to diss it or the efforts that went into it!

 

I did read it- but I think it seemed to be written at a time when cooling ointment was more expensive. My eyes skipped straight to the section which started, "If you aren't a patient person or don't have the neopoints to burn"

 

I started shop-wizarding the cures, and tried poisonous lollipop at first, but my pet got bloated before disease-swapping.

I was considering using more reliable disease swaps, until I found that cooling ointment was going for a great price :)

 

I'm pretty pleased with myself for discovering that, so do forgive me for going on and on about it!!
