Retired Items

Novelista

Recommended Posts

I recently noticed that several of the items I have (starting with the cocoa juppie and then a handful more when I cleaned out my medicine gallery) are retired. I'm thinking this happened within the last week or so--at least for the juppie--because it seems like it wasn't that long ago that the cocoa juppie was that rare at all.

So my wonder is, is there any point in keeping the juppie, the medicinal plant and the supplements? Or should I just sell 'em off like the rest of the medicines? (If there is someone here who collects retired items, no matter what they might be, please feel free to let me know and I will happily trade them off.)

Well, the cocoa juppie couldn't possibly become any less valuable (selling for 1 np now), so I would keep it, unless you're opposed to having a lot of junk. I don't expect it to become a whole lot more valuable any time soon, though. But the price can only go up.

Some retired items are being given out by the BD, you should probably check out where they're coming from first, like if it's a KQ seasonal prize or something, before trying to keep them for profit one day. For example, the Cocoa Juppie I think won't reach a high sell point for ages because the new BD is giving it out like peanuts. And it's not of any value to anyone except collectors, unlike retired books that will be harder to come by eventually when someone wants a Book Award.

Okay. So Estrata get the juppie the next time she's hungry.

The other things are a medicinal plant and supplements, like calcium and vitamin C. (I had a medicine gallery, but I'm cleaning out and selling off.)
