You might want to try talking to the guild leaders and finding out some of their activities. You should also decide what you want in a guild, like level of activity, size, etc. You can find out a lot of those things before you join, so it can help you pick the best one for you. They're all different, so you just have to figure out what YOU want in a guild, and then pick the one that fits your requirements best.
