BEE.
I don't remember which email I used to sign up my account back in '06, (chances are it's the one I want to change it to) but I changed it somewhere along the line to my spare one. I want to change it from my spare email (one being used now) to my main email account, but all I keep getting is ' Sorry, but is an email that is not allowed to be used by Neopets per the request of the owner.' Is there anyway I can change that, or not? /:
poptart123
From what I could find with my Google-fu skills, it sounds like you have neopets blocked on your email account settings (for the one you want to change it to) try finding it in your blocked list and remove it so you can receive from emails from them and then try again. Hopefully that works!
BEE.
Apparently neo was already in my safe senders list. I took them out and added them again, but it still didn't work ): I still get the same message
SidtheSnail
Best bet is to send TNT a ticket and they will get back to you in 100000000 years. My personal belief is that you had that email address on an account that got frozen so they blacklisted it. OR, (since I dont know what the @) is. If it isnt one of the mainstream ones, maybe they as a company told Viacom that their email cant be contacted by Viacom companies (Such as Neopets). During the start of Gmail, Google had made it so you wouldn't get emails from Microsoft services.
BEE.
Aw, okay. Well, I'll just keep the one I'm using then, and forget about it. Thanks for the help : )
