TNT has rolled out its 13th MME: The Magical Shrunken Heads, which will retire on Nov 13th (pity it's not a Friday)

 

1st morph: Nov 14

i meant to do this post this morning. but bleh. been busy. so actually it morphed yesterday (the day after it retired) but shush! ;) no-one look at my post date/time stamp! :P

 

If you are interested in NC trading, please be aware you ought not to trade your MME while it is still morphing, you will NOT receive any of the stages if you do so. all stages will be given to you at the end of its morphing. if you trade/gift it away, you trader/giftee will receive all the MME stages of that MME. if you have MME related questions feel free to PM me or post here, :)

i'm a bit meh about it, i like the garland but thats it so far, it would have been nicer if these had morphed in time for Halloween :) fingers crossed the next stages are soon! ^_^

Yeah, it's kinda odd that it's not evolving throughout Oct. I agree, the garland looks the nicest out of the 3. The details are so cute :)

I got the foreground. Usually I love those but the animated bits are kinda meh. It's my first MME so I'm still excited~

i think it depends, people would have been more excited if this had morphed through October, people are already looking at Christmas customisations, not spooky things,

Shhh I was working on my pet page & totally unaware of the 2nd morph until I saw karmacow's post :ph34r:

You so totally didn't see that xD

 

I find all the little details make the dress interesting.

I'm using it as a pirate-y dress with the ongoing Games Master Challenge & all :D

A shame the pets on my main can't seem to fully display it's front, which seems really nice in the thumbnail.

hmm i'm annoyed.

 

i didn't get the bonus. i'm shamed a bit to admit i bought 6 MMEs -_-

 

anyway its finished morphing! so far the most popular items are the facepaint and the bonus staff :) you are now able to trade these with other users without risking your other stages!

 

all stages have been delivered to all usernames, your first few stages you will find in your inventory (the voodoo heads, dresses and so on) for the last stages you will need to check the location you stored your MMEs in, so if you kept them in your SDB or in your closet you will need to check there. also if you had it modeled on any pets you should check there too.

personally i think the facepaint was definitely worth getting, i adore facepaint and will definitely be able to use it in several customisations

 

i want the staff for the reason i didn't get one, working on it, but i'm hesitant to spend MORE money on getting one :( everyone wants GMC keys for theirs. bah.

 

the BG is a good substitute for the SS Bogshot Background which is a high value NC BG that is hard to find, i prefer this new MME background too actually, i'm reminded of the scene in Pirates of the Caribbean where they visit Tia Dalma up the river.

 

the wig is not as hideous as i thought it would be xD TNT have released some atrocious items. while its also something i am not sure i can use on my pets, its a nice, simple wig, TNT can overdo things sometimes. i'll probably be keeping mine :)

Well, no bonus item on my end either. And the staff looks really good too especially when stuck in the ground :c

I'm the ID 86 lot so I got the face paint. Not too bad, got the poses I hoped for at the beginning- the FG & face paint.

But I may end up using the dress a lot more often xD

 

I want a pirate GMC key too :P Today's BG is just woooow pretty...

 

Ooh, I like that wig! Now I kind of wish I had bought those shrunken heads. I have yet to buy any MMEs, because I'm not so hot on the idea of buying something you don't know what really is. It's a gamble.

Me too. Looking at past MMEs make me even more hesitant lol I'm crossing my fingers that it being the 13th MME & with a spooky theme, it will turn out ok.

i usually do buy the MMEs and the miniMMEs because i've discovered that trading for the items you want is much more difficult afterwards, its far either to trade off your extras. i was reluctant to buy the genie miniMME because the rainy miniMME was just before and its expensive, but i liked the genie one better. and hard to trade for. so learnt from experience.

 

the MME series with the silver wig and spectacles was hideous though

 

also SS Bogshot BG, the SS refers to the fact that the Bogshot Background retired in a Supersale and is not part of the item name, reading back i may confuse some people with my constant abbreviations. sorry. :(

 

i'm glad you did get the facepaint! its my favorite item, now if only could get my closet to load...

 

and i'm glad you found a use for the dress, no idea what i'm going to do with mine :( but pirate is a good theme to work on, i would never have thought of that :)

It totally sucks to have the closet loading problem. TNT fix it already D:

 

I do try to put items together to come up with an outfit. But more often I let them sit in the closet & see if I'm suddenly hit by an idea.

Or if another item brings new inspiration along :)
