Wouldn't it depend on the nature of the ticket?

 

 

I think they send a lot of automated or partly-automated responses, regardless of whether or not they can think of a solution. It's probably usually just troubleshooting tips or something similar that's related to the topic of the ticket, but doesn't address any specific details within your ticket.
