Old Account Help!

Okay so I have an account from like 2008 D: and I remember the user name but not the password and I don't have access to my email I used to sign up with. Is there any way I can get my account back?

Oh thats just bad!! Do you remember any pet names or Other info about it try sending in a ticket mabey try writting some very true things about your account hopefully tnt can recover your password!!

Good luck :) I did the same thing, forgot my PIN too. The email address was invalid. TNT told me they couldn't give me access back, but then a while later they emailed me and I got back in. But I agree that sending a ticket is prob the best idea

You can submit a ticket under Birthday/Account access help.

 

When you fill in the top part (name, user and email), make sure you put your CURRENT email address and, later in the form, fill in the one you used when you created the neo account.

 

Any additional info you can provide helps TNT verify that the account belongs to you, so don't be afraid of putting in small details (items you have in your gallery that you remember, pets you've had, anything that can prove you own the account).

 

Any info regarding the ticket (including your old password if you've provided sufficient proof the account is yours) should be sent to the new email you specified at the top. When you regain access, you can change the email setting to your current address.

Well the only way getting your acc without contacting TNT is to put all of your e-mails on the forgot username or password button. I had an acc which I didn't know what e-mail I put an I found out that way.
