I have never managed to go to the cove when they have had any items for sale, I go at random. Is there a guide to figure out when they might be there? Or some kind of system?

Don't feel bad, I have never managed it either. Not even sure what they sell, because I'm pretty sure I would never manage to get lucky and click on it. :P

Once on my old account I saw something at the Smuggler's Cove by complete chance but I didn't have any dubloons on me. :( Just think, now it would probably be worth 100 million neopoints or something.

 

What item if any is currently restocking there? Is it just the Sword of White Lies or are there any other?

the last 2 cove items are junk, not even worth 20m. To rs the cove, you gotta try when tnt announces a new item

So when they announce that there is a new cove item try going there at random throughout the next few days? I have 2 cove items in my gallery that I managed to buy from people on trades, they are both worth 10 mill now. I think I paid less than a mill for each but that was a long time ago.
