I've won three gold keys on key quest but when I click on claim my prize they aren't showing up. Is there anything I can do about this?

That happened to me yesterday. The game must have ended when Neopets was down.

This happened to me today, along with a glitch that meant we got stuck in place and couldn't move. I've taken a screenshot to prove I've won a gold key, I'll see if it rights itself in the morning
