I have a pretty old acct that I thought was purged a long time ago, but isn't. (A neofriend looked up my old pet and saw the acct still existing.). Anyway, I know the birthdate I registered, and I know the email address but I no longer have access to that email. If I send a ticket in, what's the chances of getting it back?

Since you know the birthdate and the email, probably pretty good. Do you remember any other information about it? Weapons your pets had equipped? Neofriends? Items in your SDB? The more information you can remember, the better your chances.

You will probably get it back, but it will take some time for TNT to give a reply.

You really just need your email address that's attached to the account and a sob story if you forgot your birthday. Usually they get back within a day or two at least they did with me.

You got lucky. My sister forgot the birthday she used on a side account after she quit playing and TNT just point blank refused. She spent the next three months guessing every day till she finally got it. And she knew both the p*word and most of the neofriends (since they were us and our side accounts).

 

But since you know the birthday, Brandi, you stand a better chance of getting it back. The wait time wasn't bad when my sis tried a few months ago. TNT wrote within a week.

I sent a ticket in but they won't let me have the acct because I don't have access to the email I used to register. Is this typical or did I just not get the right person to reply to my ticket? I got a reply within 10 minutes of sending a ticket in.
