Artios Posted September 3, 2012 Posted September 3, 2012 I never really questioned this before, but does it immediately start at 12AM NST? (I have a feeling I won't be sleeping tonight.) I've always just restocked in the middle of the day. Thanks!

It is for me, right in the middle of the night, so I doubt I'm going to get in the shops right away.
