So...just my luck, I finally get enough money to get this thing and then it stops working correctly and freezes opponents 0% of the time. If you don't believe me, test it yourself. Just warning everyone in case they were planning on getting one soon. Hopefully neopets fixes this in the near future :(

I was looking for one about 2 weeks ago and someone offered me one 2 days ago for 400k. Thankfully I didn't accept it.

I wondered why the Space Faerie wasn't freezing! Didn't know it was broken :(

Maybe they downgraded the %?

 

You can use Snowglobe Staff as an alternative in the mean time I guess.

It brings blank pages half the time it is used, which seems suspicious, seeing that the freeze rate of the RFFR is 50%.
