Sunnyneo counter in my sig isn't working

I've tried everything that I know of, could someone please help so the actual counter shows up instead of the code? Thank you!

Use forum code instead of html like so:

Tried it, still didn't work.

You need to have it without the 'Code'. So, just the 'img' brackets.
